Burning mouth and levator anni syndrome

Dear Dr D'Adamo I was referred by Carolee Schneemann. Do you know the treatment and/or cause for burning mouth syndrome, (burning, ropey saliva, aching front teeth) and levator ani(severe aching pain in the rectum.) I also have pain, tingling and burning in my feet. Is there anyone in New York City who can see me right away as I am in terrible pain.
