quercetin

In the section of your book entitled "Herbs...for Type As", you say that quercetin is hundreds of times more powerful than Vitamin E. I've been taking 200 to 400 IU's of vitamin E and was considering switching to 800 IU's. Instead, I'd like to try quercetin. What would be the comparable dosage of quercetin? Is the relationship linear? i.e., if 400 IU's of E is comparable to "x" mg of quercetin, is 800 IU's of E comparable to "2x" mg of quercetin?
