More "O" Questions

Dr. D'Adamo,
1. Do you have a 1-800 number for Bezwecken, please.
2. In the book I couldn't find anything about when/how much to increase the bladderwrack drops. Please advise.
3. Since O's should not consume coconut, does that include toothpaste with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (from coconut oil), or using coconut oil as a skin moisturizer (since skin absorb into the body).
