Dr. D'amado, I'm a 23 year old male with blood type O. I read your book and my digestion has benefited greatly I feel my body is finally absorbing the nutrients I take in.I currently stand 5'10" and weigh about 160 lbs. I would like to add about 15lbs. with minimal body fat. My question is:Do you think I should increase my caloric intake by adding more monounsaturated fat to my diet or should I add carbohydrates also. I have found I need about 3400 cal/day to gain weight on.What percentage of pro, fat, and CHo should I consume to reach the 3400 mark without adding excess fat? Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dave
