I have been reading your book and my homeopathic physician would like me to try your blood type diet. I am a Type B and am almost recovered from CFS and severe chemical sensitivities. I have had 40-50 lb weight gain in last few years and am using your diet to improve my health and idje weight. I have a few questions 1. in the breads and muffins section of B you recommend Essene or Ezekiel's wheat breads. I use only sprouted grain bread from the health food store. However it is usually multigrain including the avoidance grains of corn, wheat, rye and occasionally sprouted legumes such as lentils. Are the multigrain sprouted breads acceptable or only sprouted wheat? 2. Re bean and legumes for Type B I usually sprout my beans for salads ie: lentil, mung, and garbonzo are any beans ok. to eat from the avoidance group? ( mung was not on your list) 3. On your spices section for Type B you include chocolate and several sweeteners such as suger, maple syrup, rice syrup. I always thought that these were bad for metabolism, weight.
