what do you suggest for type o's that have candida and herpes--we can't have the vegetables that are high in sugar and can't have any nuts? do you find that after following this diet--it helps with the candida and herpes? you mention licorice--can you give more info. can carob be used with people with herpes you include its use in recipes. thank you so much for writing this book.
