In Response To: Heavy metals in seafood (Stan Hoffman)

This was noticed several years ago with regard to tuna and swordfish, but only in areas such a Japan, where these minerals were routinely dumped into the water. Striped Bass, on the other hand, can have high levels of PCB, which should bear watching.
