Dear Sookie, When I remember, I do add the blood type to the response, but perhaps people can remember to include it when they first pose the question. I will try to do this more consistently fro now on. Good point!. Beeno is fine for type A until you GI tract gets enough time to adjust to the diet. The enzye you mention can be taken intermittently, though the pancreatin and ox bile would tend to supress your own enzyme production if taken long term. Peter
