Dear Kathi, I don't sleep much and I have a very supportive wife! Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) can be used to help allay hot flashes in women with a history of breast CA, as it is a smooth muscle relaxant, and has little to no estrogen activity. It can be taken by all blood types. In general, hypoglycemia resolves nicely with the diet, though a cup of licorice tea 1-3 times daily can help with the transition. Peter
