Dear Karl,

I believe these molecules are synthesized in the liver, though I am not certain.

Slightly lower triglycerides are not a problem generally, though perhaps Joanne should have 2-3 extra servings of cold water ocean fish per week.

Keep up the good work. Did Scott FAX you the Lancet editorial for this week?
