Type O on prednisone
Posted By: Bill Berne Date: March 22, 1997 at 07:44:18
Dr D. I have an autoimmune disorder called chronic inflammatory demeylenating polyneuropathy (CIDP) and you guessed it- I'm an O I had been introduced to your plan by D khader last year, but I am now able to follow the O plan since I purchased yor book. I have been following the plan for two weeks now. At that same time I began a treatment of 60mg/d prednisone. Within a few days of starting, my symptoms hve significantly diminished. Although I would love to attribute this strictly to the diet plan, I am sure the prednisone is having some effect. I am convinced that the diet plan has helped to virtually eliminate the potential negative side effects of the prednisone, and maximise it's performance. I would like to know if you have any suggestions for tapering off the prednisone and/or any alterations to the Type O plan while on prednisone? I am interested in visiting you in your office. Can you advise the best way to schedule an apointment. Thank you, Bill
