As compared to Japan, where 99/100 people know their blood type. Many people claim that they instinctually know what is right for them, but rarely is this the case. On the other hand, I don't think that everything that we enjoy or crave is inherrently bad. The best guide there is right now are the blood types. Sear is probably correct, though I suspect if you were really good at adjusting carb/protein doses based on how you feel, you'd be right back at the diet for your blood type!
