A good place to share recipes and other ideas for type A is the "A notepad" (found at the front menu page) I designed a page for each blood type, and there is a small posting program for use to leave ideas and strategies.
1. Eat the right foods to an amount the you feel satisfied with. Start to develop the stress reduction techniques like yoga and tai chi, so as to provide an outlet for relieving stress by methods other than over eating.
2. A's can use rice milk or almond milk (the latter has more fat)
3. Wheat germ oil is not good for O, probably neutral for A.
