In Response To: AB Questions (Carolyn Peterson (AB-))
Dear Carolyn, 1. My father used to supplement As and ABs with betaine HCl. It sometimes made them worse. I've taken the opinion that they are designed for a low acid environment, and moving them to "normal" might not be the wisest strategy. 2. Fructose or stevia are useful sweeteners for AB 3. ABs can veer off to A or B, but they predominently have their own special characteristics. More commonly, B's can veer off to A or O. 4. No real suggestions, other than to give the diet a good working chance, say 60-90 days. Peter
