My wife is in the early stages of menopause and is
concerned about calcium/osteoporosis. Just about
everything she reads says that red meat acidifies
the blood and that this condition causes calcium to
be leached from the bones to balance the blood.
Yet you recommend type o's eat red meat regularly.
Can you clarify this for us?
