Passion Flower

Hi,
I have been reading "Herbal Tonic Therapies" by Daniel B. Mowrey, Ph.D. He writes about passion flower as a calming agent. Could it be used for Attention Deficit Disorder? Could it be used for seizure disorder? I think I read a long time ago that Edgar Casey recommended passion flower for epilepsy.
