The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1

Added Enzymes for Type A

Dear Dr. D'Adamo,
I have read all of your responses to the questions on your message board. Sometimes I would read the question if the answer was relevant to my situation or to find out the blood type of the person asking the question. Would it be possible on your responses to just briefly mention the blood type you are speaking about so the reader can understand the answer w/o necessarily referring back to the questioner. Thank you.
Also, I have recently gone on your recommendation diet for Type A's and wonder about taking a Super Enzyme Cap by Twinlab that has Pancreatin,Amylase,Protease,Lipase,Betain,Pepsin,Ox Bile,Bromelain & Papain. Or would it be best to take just Bromelain? I am having trouble with all the grains & particularly the beans/lentils. Should I use Beano or what?
Thanks for your timely research!
