The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Prefer opposite food?

Dear Dr. D'Adamo, Well, I tried out your suggestion and have been asking if they know their blood type. About 1 in 10 knows. Another interesting thing I found was that most preferred the food that they should avoid (O's-wheat & A's meat]. I have noticed myself that the foods that aren't so "good" for me give me a good "high" for awhile and then sometimes make me sleepy. Is this the body's "bad reaction" to the food I am feeling as if I took a drug. What exactly is going on here. Is the saying true, "If it feels good, don't do it" or "If it tastes good, spit it out"? Is Dr. Sears suggestion on page 47 of his 2nd Zone book accurate re:adjusting your carb/protein ratio by the way you feel. Any insight you have into this theory would be greatly appreciated.
