The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1

1. Besides the gassines, is psyllium contraindicated for Os?
2. Since Os are high in phosphorus which competes with calcium, is the recommended (in ER4YT) supplementation of 600-1100 mgs. of elemental calcium sufficient for menopausal women to prevent bone loss? My latest physical (pre-O diet) showed elevated serum calcium (10.4 mg/dl) so I'm wondering about supplementation....
3. Recent saliva test (also pre-O diet) shows off-the-chart free cortisol in the A.M. and elevated levels the rest of the day til' late afternoon, when they normalize. Just wondering if you see anything in that which might relate/respond to Os and the O diet.
Many thanks for all your help.
