Dear Student, I have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals (look at the CV under "Biography" from the main menu). I have no problem posting the references, though I would have to get copyright clearance from the publisher. But in all fairness, why don't you just go to a bookstore and buy the book? Or, don't buy the book, but just go to the back appendixes and look them over? Peter
