Hi Tom,

Glad to see you here! Yes, I've been thinking about the presentation, and have begun to design slides for the talk. I just presented at the FAIM connvention in NYC, and will be also talking to the Barnes Foundatiion in Newport Beach CA. After that it's the Academy for the Advancement of Medicine, so I should be infighting trim for the AANP. I hope that you will stop by periodically, and perhaps consider chiming in on some of these questions!
