Dear JP, Some String cheeses contain a blend of mozarella and other cheeses, such as cheddar. If your sring cheese is mozarella, that should be fine. In Japan, it is thought to be the ultimate complement to be told by someone that they were able to guess your blood type. Maybe some travel is in your future? Peter
