Dear Jim, Though tomatoes contain lycopenes (a class of carotenoids thought beneficial in prostate health) these are also found in lesser amounts in most yellow and red vegetables. You might want to use those which are recommended in the B diet instead. Also, the herb "Saw palmetto" can be used with great benefit in maintaining prostate health. it is a common herb, found in many preparations, and in most health food stores. Peter
