What about adding Betaine Hydrocholride supplements to help stomach acid, or will this irritate lining? Do AB types tend to A or B profile on an individual basis? How do you decide which characteristics of each are manifested? What about fructose as a low insulin inducing sweetener for AB's? Zone diet wonderful for me in improving cholesterol and triglycerides, but no signifacant weight loss, which is needed. Any additional suggestions?
