Soy cheeses, + miscellaneous

Dear Peter, I did some label reading at the health food store yesterday when my wife and I went shopping. It seems that the soy cheeses commercially available all had cassein or casseinate in them. We didn't by any for Gitesha (Type A) because of this milk-based protein. Would this food likely be a beneficial one for her? Also, my family is very anxious to get tested. I ordered 4 kits yesterday for them. I have also been telling chiropractic colleagues about your work. Many have been "into" The Zone, which I was never attracted to. Finally, once I get my own web site up and running, would you like to be linked to it? Thanks--Stuart
