Tomatoes and prostate

Sincerely enjoyed your book and am recomending it to others.
My question is: recent media coverage indicates that tomatoes may help reduce prostate problems, yet you suggest we all avoit them (I'm B+).
Can you recomment other foods that might be beneficial to the prostate?
