I am type O,RH+. Loved your book and thanks. I need two tbsp.coarse bran daily for constipation. Bran has wheat and oats in it. I would appreciate some help on this. Also I take Organic Flax 1000 capsules (9 daily -- total 9000 mg.). This has also helped with constipation. However, I feel I need the bran also. Would appreciate your input on the above.
