Dear Meighen, More than strengthening your immune system, I'd be looking to avoid things that did that. Especially avoid vitamin C and the herbs Echinacea and Astragalus as they sometimes make psoriasis worse (they increase a chemical called cAMP which accelerates the rate of cell turnover). In general following the appropriate blood type diet will decrase the amounts of indole in the intestines, which should slow down the psoriasis. Peter
