In Response To: Type B Questions (Ella Lane)
Dear Ella, Food combination is most important for type O, less for type B, and probably not worth the effort in type A. The only downside to considering refined flour a neutral, is that one is still subject to the detrimental effects of refined carbohydrates in general. Exercise more vigorous that recommended for type B is fine as long as you are healthy and tip your protein intake towards more animal sources, such as fish. Peter
