Dear Toya, Most if not all vinegars should be avoided by type O. As long as the meat is low-fat, not heavily adulterated, and you do the prescribed amount of exercise, yes protein can be eaten 2-3 times daily. Most problems type O's have with milk are not related to lactose intolerance, so lactase treated milk is not going to make much of a difference. Fruit can be an important component of the O diet, as it contains lots of fiber and certain iimportant vitamins. Peter
