B Type Weight Gain?

Posted By: Scott Parry

You speak of wieght loss in the book, but as someone with a high metabolism that weighs 145 ponds at 5'10", I am looking to bulk up a bit. You say that whole wheat, among other foods, causes weight gain, and should be avoided, but what about people that want to gain weight? I won't make the assumption that I should just eat the foods that a Type B should avoid for weight loss. Any suggestions?
