Dear John,
As an AB, you got one A gene from one parent and the B gene from the other. Chances are perhaps that the Italian part of your ancestry provided the A, while the Albanian part provided the B. From what you wrote, we can surmise that your wife is definitely not type O, as your daughter needed to get an A or B from each parent, and type O is "OO". Beyond that, we cannot say. Defnitely look into the herb "Hawthorne" discussed in the book. The solid extract is best. You should try to take this herb for at least one year, and of course, stick with the AB diet in the book.
