Dear Peter,
Thank you for your reply. One thing I am still not clear about: do you think Intra is good, bad or indifferent? Some people really swear by it.
I also would like to know how you feel about sauerkraut and goat meat for Types O and AB.It isnt easy to coordinate food for the oldest and newest blood types! By the way I cut out wheat after reading your book and have much less bloating and gas. I do think ,your theory makes a lot of sense.Thank again.
