My husband is type 0 and I am type A. We have been
drinking NRG tea which is made from gurarana. I did
not see gurana listed under anything in your book.
Should we be drinking this or not? My husband has been
diagnoised with irritable bowl syndrome. He is feeling
much better after being on the O diet for almost two
weeks. He is still having pain in his left side.
Do you have any suggestions?
