The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
On the diet
Posted By: Ken Kuster
Thank you for doing the research and coming out with the book, Eat Right. I have had it for a month now and it has changed my life.
I am a 36 year old male, type O. I've been active in competitive sports all my life and my body has the aches and pains to prove it.
I have always tried to keep a good attitude, stay active and eat right. I thought the pain in my knees and shoulder were from decades of soccer, volleyball, football and just plain fun. I have used plenty of ibuprofen and the latest of Aleve to help out. I have gotten temporary relief from some natural remedies based on the Edgar Cayce readings, which I am sure you are familiar with.
I have eliminated wheat, corn syrup, and dairy from my diet, among the others you recommended for type O. It used to be a sizable percentage of my diet.
The results have been remarkable. After only 3 days, my knees didn't hurt during the night. I started losing weight around my middle and have now gone from 208 to 200 in the last 2 weeks (6'2") without even trying.
I now walk, run, play and compete better and without any aches afterwards. You have done a wonderful thing for me and I thank you.
My girlfriend and family members have read the book and want to try the diet but do not know their blood type.
Will you email me the information and cost for your finger test kit so I can pass this "gift" on to my family?
