Dear Toya,
There are something like 36 questions in your letter and I can really only answer 1-3 per post. Parcel them out, giving me the most important ones first (no more than 3 at a time please). I'll answer the first few here:
1.Cut out the oatmeal and cereals for breakfast. use egg whites or other proteins instead.
2. The B complex with CQ10 is fine, but avoid the Chromium picolenate containing one. Stay away from the "Diet Fuel" supplement. It is junk and can cause dangerous arythmias (heart palpitations)
3. Vanilla and cinammon are gastric irritants in type O.
4. Catfish seems to not be properly digested by type O (seems to leave a toxic residue in GI tract)
With regard to the rest, just parcel them out 2-3 at a time. Not only will they be easier to read, but others on the message board will be able to take advantage of the answers.
