Dear Rick,

I would stay away from creatine, it probably doen't work and may spell trouble for your kidneys. Gingko does help memory... if you are old enouugh to have age-related memory loss! It does inhibit the aggregation of platelets, but this is not a problem in healthy individuals. O's should avoid alfalfa sprouts.
