Dear Karen, A's almost never have to worry about food combining, though type O's might. Although it is a common idea that Echinacea should not be taken continuously as it might "burn out" the immune system, this is actually a falsehood that resulted from a mistranslation of a German research article that actually said that the subjects seemed to go "in and out" of being sensitive to the actions of Echinacea, not that it somehow exhausted their immune system. When the body needs the message, it takes it. If it doesn't, it ignores it. Peter
