Try to follow the O diet as rigorously as possible for the next few weeks. Also, try taking a cup of licorice root tea ("Stash" is a good brand) twice daily around 10AM and 2PM with 2 capsules of 99mg Potassium citrate. Hopefully this will correct a liver enzyme which is imbalanced, causing your chronic fatigue. Also: gradually wratchet up your exercise, even if the though of it gets you tired! You may have to go through a bit of a "detox" for a while, but the long-term results will eventually justify it.
PS: 2 cups of licorice root tea with potassium should not cause any problems with added water retention, but be alert for it anyway.
