In Response To: Re: heart disease and type O diet (Theresa Seymour)
This is not a follow up but a question on behalf of my friend Kathi (who does not have a computer). Kathi is type A, 43, had a hysterectomy with ovaries removed and breast cancer which resulted in a mastectomy (she was on ERT for 12 years). She was quite taken with your book, especially your references to your mother and breast cancer. She is following her type A diet and has increased her soy comsumption as suggested in your book. She asks if you know of an herb called Black Cohosh (used for menopausal symptoms). Can type A take this herb? Type O? If not, what specific herbs would you recommend? What quantities? One last thing, do you have any suggestions for type A and hypoglycemia, or will symptoms subside with diet? How do you have time to answer all these questions! Theresa Seymour
