Sorry Dr. that I am reading and submitting as I go but I am new to this site and there is alot to read as it is. Ok I see your answer is less protein for A's period. Obviously, I haven't read Zone #2 book-but I will. Barry Sears is speaking to the biggest group than - O's I take it . Wow! It would be important to know both info's than. Well thanks for that last message to Tim or who ever was inquiring. I will wait for quantites of daily protein you think a Type A neg, female,47,120lbs,small frame, and moderate exercise (walking, horseback riding, stretching)
needs to survive healthfully. I can see it now back in the old days. The farmers becoming obsessed with the abundance of their crops, tired of killing the critters, and storing and eating all their veggies. Sounds like something I would do.I think you have made alot of Type A (already vegetarians) very happy with your book!
