Re-tracing/Healing Crises - type B

Dear Dr. D'Adamo,
Thank you so much for this book. I have suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for twenty years and tried every diet plan imaginable. Most recently Atkins with results only in the weight area. Three days after eliminating tomato, chicken and seltzer (those were the three big remaining offenders), my energy levels shot way up. Six days later I had the worst case of siatic (sp?) nerve pain in both hips and legs. I know from hair analysis that I have very high tissue levels of calcium and low levels of magnesium so I took some magnesium and B-6. I am doing some better this AM. Would you consider this to be some kind of healing crisis? You don't mention such set backs in your book that I can find or remember.
By the way, how did Dr. Atkins receive your theory? I would think it would be hard for him to accept this with open arms. With sincere thanks, Tom Price
