Your book says sprouted breads are o.k. because the gluten lectins are destroyed by the sprouting process. I was wondering if puffed cereal such as Kashi might be o.k. as the box says it is cooked under extremely high pressure for 15 seconds at 1,000 degrees. I wondered if that might destroy lectins. I am type O and am feeling a lot better after giving up whole wheat bread as a staple in my diet. Thank you for your book.
