The Blood Type Diet Archives Volume 1
Flax Oil in Membrane Fluidizer.

Dr D'Adamo, I have been a diligent Zoner since Fall of 95. When I first started that program I cut out all wheat, corn rice and potatoes, with excellent results(-40 lbs). I introduced wheat and corn back into my diet, I ceased to make any progress. After reading your book(type B), I have removed these plus chicken from my diet and that has put me back on track, plus I am eating rice and potatoes. Thanks. One question concerning Flax Oil supplementation. Discussion around the Zone and the bodies production of eicosanoids indicates that high levels of ALA in flax is a damper on the delta-six- desaturase reaction that turns LA into GLA. Is that something that you would want to do? Is there some other recommendation you could make here?
