Thanks for your response to my question. I'm concerned because my cholesterol is at 290 and my HDL's are at 56. This is up from 230 and an HDL of 96. I've been on HRT for three years and I think the pills plus my diet have worked against me. I began eating type O foods on March 3rd, l997. I am so concerned about my cholesterol that I went cold turkey. I am also weaning myself from estrogen (I stopped progesterone 3 months ago) and will begin to look for natural estrogen in my foods and herbs. My plan is to wait 3-4 months and have my cholesterol checked again. I plan to register at that time and let you know how I am doing. Wish me luck. TS
