I am blood type O and my husband is AB. We have been taking Intra for a couple of months now. t came highly recommended by a friend of ours who has been taking it for 3 years. It contains 23 different herbs in a natural juice base. Not specified. There are no amounts listed just the dosage.(1-2 oz.per day). The herbs listed are as follows: alfalfa extract, aloe vera gel, astragalus root extract, bee pollen, capsicum fruit extract, cascara bark extract, celery seed extract, chicory root extract, chinese pearl barley extract, dandelion root extract, fenugreek, german camomille extract, ginger root extract, juniper berry extract, licorice root extract, passion flower extract, pipissewa extract, reishi mushroom extract, rose hip extract, sarsaparilla extract, schisandra berry extract, siberian ginseng extract thyme extract.
From your book I know that alfalfa and aloe are on the avoid list for O types.(Also I never had a bleeding problem) Aloe is on the avoid list for AB types. Could you comment on this? Should we keep taking Intra?

Kathy
