In Response To: Type B/Soy Yes/Tofu No? (Nora Galvin)
Dear Nora, Although soy beans don't agglutinate type B, it seems that something in the process of fermentation alters soy in a way that B's sometimes react negatively to. Perhaps it is the bacteria. Eating the raw bean doesn't seem to do this, and lets type B get a little of the benefit of soy. Good news about the "meat guilt" vegetarian! Peter
