Dear K Baske, O's can go as high as the typical "high potency" B complexes out there (100mgs of each, etc.) Folic acid can be taken as high as 2000mcg (remember to eat the meat!) and B12 500-1000mcg daily. In an O, cranking up the exercise is better than either of these. Good luck Peter
