Type B/Soy Yes/Tofu No?

Dear Dr. D'Adamo:On page 155, red soy beans are highly beneficial for B's, yet on page 161, tofu and tempeh are listed under vegetables (???) to avoid. And what about miso? Since all my favorite foods are those I can't eat (craving = allergy?), I'm starting from scratch, trying to do a Type B macrobiotic thing, since it's the only way of cooking I really know well...PS: My sister, the "Meat Guilt" vegetarian type O, has been on your diet 2 weeks and says she feels she could whip her weight in wild cats!
