Hi Dr.D: This is for a friend who isn't on the net. He is type A and had a mild stroke mid December. Months ago he began eating 60% vegetables to lose weight, which worked. After the stroke his left arm was weak. That's pretty much normal now. One problem that bothers him is the feeling in his head that he will lose his balance. He doesn't have this feeling if he's seated. Also, it tends to go away every night about 8pm. It's very annoying. The Dr. he is seeing said he may have an imbalance in the brain. He just began reading your book. Do you have any thoughts on this that I could pass on to him? Thanks again for your time. I'm doing fine on the type O program. Still losing weight and feeling less pain in my back from the arthritis.
